Of the negative things I hear said about UoP, two seem to stand out the most: (1) grade inflation - everyone gets good grades (2) students do not get as much as they expected. What I'd say is that UoP is not for everyone - not because some people are better than others - but because everyone learns differently and everyone's situation is different. I work hard for my education. That's why I know that I get my money's worth from my education at UoP. I'll only get out from UoP what I put into it. Also, for me, grades do not matter much except as an affirmation of sorts. What I'm seeking is to learn and I work hard at it. After completing 13 courses so far, I know UoP is good at what they do because I'm learning. Sure, I have maintained a 4.0 GPA (per course and overall) - not because good grades are handed me, but because I work hard. In fact, I would be insulted if someone insinuates that my 4.0s were handed me. I earned them and I'm sure anyone could do the same if they work hard at it.
