I am scrolling through these comments wishing I had read reviews about Elon. The University is very good about their PR- but it doesn't represent the chool well. Every tourguide has a script- and they follow it to a T.

If you aren't a heaver partier, don't want to be involved in Greek life, and aren't Christian DO NOT come here.

If you had an academically challenging high school experience and want to continue learning on the same level do not come here. There are tons of pointless intr classes you have to take before you can take any meaningful class- even in the upper levels most classes are just lecture based with stupid busywork homework.

There aren't many active organizations outside of Greek life, so don't bet on beiong involved if you don't rush.

And watch many of your friends disappear if you decide not to rish and they do. And then you'll be excluded from most social gatherings.

Don't be fooled by the beautiful campus! Look at ALL the extensive requirements in each major, and carefully consider coming here.

I came here for a second yr. when I could've transferred to a MUCH better school- and if you have the chance to transfer, do it!
