If you did noit learn anything, that means you did not read the assigned readings and you just did the written assignments. Also, please use common sense. Not many people will know about every schools in the United States except for Ivy League schools such as Harvard, Johns Hopkins etc. Do you know all the schools in California? Of course the obvious ones are schools named after the states. |
Major: School of Information (This Major's Salary over time)
I signed up expecting to learn more about the IT field while earning my undergraduate degree. I transferred in 2 years of credits from another school so I already had a background and started off in the "Harder" classes at Capella. I found the school to simply give you a lot of busy work to show that you logged on and discussed topics. The assignments were not hard and you could probably pass them with minimal effort. I have been getting A's in all of my classes for the last couple of quarters but haven't learned anything. I feel that I have totally wasted several thousand dollars thus far and do not plan on wasting anymore at Capella. I will cut my losses before they amount to more than I would like to waste. When people ask where I am going to school I tell them Capella, EVERYONE responds, "Where's that?" No one including employers has ever heard of the school, leaving me to wonder if my money would be better spent at a school someone has actually heard of. I want my degree but I don't like the feeling that I am simply "Paying for a degree" and not getting an education.
