I hate with a passion how hard it is to get some damn help at this school. They never answer the phone, so I don't know why they have a number. My counselor enrolled me in all the wrong classes. When you try to see a counselor, there are people sitting in the hallway floor waiting for 4-5 hours to see one of the two counselors. Then the staff is rude as all hell. My financial aid award letter should have come through, but its 6 days before school, and haven't heard a word. The financial aid office, just rushes through people. They truly do not try to help

The quality of education of RCC is not that bad. You will be somewhat prepared for any school that you are transferring to. However, the faculty and admin staff are just hopeless. Most of the teachers except quite few are just ignorant and don't care about students at all. I have met some teachers who make you feel stupid for asking questions and they expect more from students than they can offer in their teaching. It's horrendous. What's worse is the services that you get from admin people. You have to do all by yourself. There is no such thing as "service" or "help" Those admin people are lazy and have no idea what their jobs are so you have to go around explain them like five times even when you get a simple stuff done like getting a transcript or a letter. Wonder how they get paid for what they do when they do absolutely nothing!

the people that go to this school are all really nice, theres never any drama its great considering the social aspect, but the teachers are all horrible!! some of them even brag about how most of the students in there previous classes failed and they could just care less. if i knew what i knew now about the facilty i wouldve chosen to go some where else
