Started part time, evenings. Then went full time in the PACE program. Schedules for working adults are accomodating. Be ready to work hard especially if you will go full time. Make sure you meet with a counselor to get all information such as how long it will take you to finish, and get a plan on how to do it from beginning to end.

Katrina Hermosa, the EOP liason and counselor is not a nice person at all. I am not into the school yet but I was confused about the EPL/EPT test and so I emailed and called her asking her help clear up a little about the test. Sh kept sending me messages back that seemed like she had a horrible attitude when I was just a senior in high school asking for a little bit of help. She has totally changed my perception about the school. Maybe the other counselors are little bit more caring about there future students.

I didn't have high expectations coming in--judging by the alumni that I have encounter throughout the years--but even I was let down. This is basically a school for older, working adults going back to school to get a "degree" vice getting an "education." DH serves it market well. If you are one of the few people who seriously want to learn something, then look elsewhere. DH is nothing more than a degree mill.

I was a returning student with two decades of government service. I found the faculty to be concerned and motivated. The small class sizes were ideal for discussion. The students could not hide from the professors, who quickly learned our names and level of understanding of the class material.
