This review is for the undergraduate program only:

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the majority of reviewers here and say that Art Center isn't worth the time or expense. In the 90's Art Center may have been a good school, it may have even been worth the expense. But after graduating and receiving a degree in ID, I have come to the conclusion that my entire education at Art Center was a sham. For all the expense, time and effort, I received what equates to a certificate from an intensive short-term trade program. I did meet a lot of talented students there and we all went through the same disorganized madness. I can say that there are some talented instructors there, who unfortunately have no say in the operations of the school. Don't go to Art Center. If you're serious about design or illustration, invest your time and money in some training programs/classes. Work hard to be the best by submitting to competitions and looking at the best work you find online and producing work better than that. Believe me, Art Center can't do anything for you that you can't do by yourself. If you want the college experience go to a four year institution and major in something related. Be Warned, Art Center is not a University, it is an overpriced, lengthy, disorganized, training program.
Collaboration/Competitive: A, Education Quality: F

My experience at ACCD was difficult, challenging, and yet the most rewarding. I would do it again, if I could. It is important to have had some college experience prior to attending. You get out of it what you put in. After having been an avg. student, I graduated with honors from ACCD. I am grateful for my experience.
